Traditionally cured by hand using British Loin of Pork

This bumper-sized pack of Smoked Bacon is perfect for families. This bacon is sliced a little thinner, perfect if you prefer your bacon to be on the ‘crispier’ side! All of our bacon is cured by hand and air-dried “the old fashioned way”, using a special recipe which enhances the flavour and texture. Instead of smoking our bacon after curing, we add the smoke flavour during the process. This lets the flavour cure along with the meat delivering the great smoked flavour our customers love.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 4-6 mins, turning occasionally.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 3-5 mins, turning occasionally.

Ensure the bacon is piping hot.

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use with 2 days.

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
