Our Gammon Steaks are cured in our special recipe brine and sliced into thick steaks to deliver a delicious flavour and especially succulent texture.

A sumptuous choice for the classic ham egg and chips, we also enjoy using our Gammon Steaks as star ingredients across a wide range of cuisines – from scintillating stir-frys to perfect pasta dishes.


Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16 mins. Turn once halfway through cooking.

Frying icon


To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 9-11 minutes, turning occasionally.

After cooking - Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
