Our Very Large Gammon Steaks are cured in our special recipe brine and sliced into extra thick steaks to deliver a delicious flavour and especially succulent texture.

A sumptuous choice for the classic ham egg and chips, we also enjoy using our Very Large Gammon Steak as a star ingredient across a wide range of cuisines – from scintillating stir-frys to perfect pasta dishes.

When it comes to pork, we source only the finest cuts of Red Tractor British pork. This gives the meaty taste our customers love.


Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning occasionally.

Frying icon


To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 9-11 minutes, turning occasionally.

After cooking - Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
