Our Cumberland sausages are slightly different from the usual Cumberland sausage. Mostly they are made with a subtle peppery taste, but we’ve created a bold variation of this with added herbs, spices and black & white pepper, giving our Cumberland sausages a distinct and strong flavour.

Pork (70%), Rusk (Wheatflour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Raising Agent), Salt, Spices, Parsley, Sage, Wheatflour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Rusk (Wheat), Preservatives (Sodium Sulphite), Dextrose, Stabilisers (E450), Antioxidant (E300), Spice Extracts, Filled into a Natural Pork Casing.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning regularly

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning frequently

Oven Cooking icon

To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
