Traditionally cured by hand using British Loin of Pork

This bumper-sized pack of Smoked Bacon is perfect for families. This bacon is sliced ever so slightly thinner to produce the perfect crispy finish.

Our Bacon is traditionally cured by hand, then air dried and smoked using oak chippings which we believe enhances the texture and gives it a delicious smokey flavour.


British Pork Loin (96%), Sea Salt, Demerara Sugar, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrate, Potassium Nitrate).

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure the bacon is piping hot.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use with 2 days.

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
