Our Hickory Smoke BBQ Pork Sausages are made using only the finest cuts of British Shoulder of Pork with delicious hickory smoke flavours for flavoursome and succulent hot dogs.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 min, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 min, turning regularly.

20 - 25

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.

Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Pork (75%), Water, Seasoning (Rice Flour, Salt, Sugar, Dried Onion (SULPHITES), Spices, Dried Tomato, Dried Green Pepper, Dextrose, Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Yeast Extract, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Dried Red Pepper, Natural Flavourings, Smoke Flavouring, Colours (E150c, Paprika Extract), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid)), Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Rice Flour. Filled into a beef collagen casing.
