When it comes to sausages, we source only the finest cuts of Red Tractor British pork shoulder. This premium meat is usually filled into Natural Hog Casings to give our sausages the meaty bite and great juicy taste our customers love. Look out for the Red Tractor logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.


Pork (70%), Leek (11%), Rusk (Wheatflour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Raising Agent), Salt, Wheatflour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Stabilisers (E450), Yeast Extract (Sulphite), Dried Leek, Preservatives (Sodium Sulphite), Sugar, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant (E300), Spice Extracts, Herb Extracts, Filled into a natural pork casing.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning regularly

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning frequently

To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains.
