For our Pork and Leek sausage we have blended fresh and full flavoured leeks with the finest cuts of British Shoulder of Pork for a perfectly blended sausage, rich in flavour and tender to eat – made with the finest cuts of British Shoulder of Pork within a natural hog casing.

The deliciously savoury flavour of our Pork and Leek Sausage is perfectly complimented by sweet ingredients in any recipe, perfect as a summer sizzler or winter warmer.

When it comes to these sausages, we source only the finest cuts of Red Tractor British Pork Shoulder. This gives the meaty bite and great juicy taste our customers love.


Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a pre-heated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning occasionally.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven Cooking icon

20 - 25

To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C (Fan 180°C)/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

After cooking - Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains.


Pork (71%), Water, Leek (10%), Pea Fibre, Potato Starch, Seasoning (Salt, Rice Flour, Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Sugar, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Yeast Extract, Natural Flavourings, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Flavouring). Filled into a natural Pork Casing.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
