Traditionally cured by hand using British Pork Loins

Our Bacon is traditionally cured by hand, then air dried and smoked using oak chippings which we believe enhances the texture and gives it a delicious smokey flavour.

We cut this bacon into thicker slices for a truly traditional experience. Of course, these thick rashers are perfect for an epic bacon sandwich but don’t forget to check out our selection of bacon recipes for more inspiration.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a pre-heated medium to hot grill for 6 - 8 minutes, turnings occasionally.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 4 - 6 minutes,turning occasionally

After cooking - Ensure the product is piping hot.

Storage Instructions

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month
