​If you like making your own stuffing, or own sausage rolls at Christmas, our Traditional pork Sausage meat is perfect.

Our Pork Sausage Meat is made using the same high-quality ingredients, and the finest cuts of pork shoulder we use in our sausages because we think it tastes better.

Available in selected shops throughout December.

Ingredients

Pork (66%), Water, Rusk (Wheatflour, Salt, Raising Agent), Salt, Spices, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser (Diphosphates E450), Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Dextrose, Sugar, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant E300 (Ascorbic Acid).

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

To Oven Bake - Place the slab into a roasting tin and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for 35-40 minutes.

After cooking -Ensure the sausage meat is piping hot and no pink colour remains - not suitable for microwaving.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month

  • Defrost thouroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
