Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a pre-heated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning occasionally.

Frying icon

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven Cooking icon

20 -25

To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C (Fan 170°C)/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

After cooking - Ensure the sausages are piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Pork (77%), Water, Pea Fibre, Seasoning, (Rice Flour, Salt, Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Spices, Yeast Extract, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Dextrose, Natural Flavourings, Herbs, Sugar, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Flavouring), Potato Starch. Filled into a natural pork casing.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.

  • This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality.

  • Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month.

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
