Our Welsh Steak Burgers are deliberately made into thick patties for a juicy & succulent treat. We use a simple recipe including plenty of Welsh Beef forequarters and steak to make these burgers one of our best products, and we’re not the only ones who think so… the prestigious Guild of Fine Food have awarded the burgers 2 Great Taste Gold Stars!

We only ever use Welsh Beef which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from cattle born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour, look out for the Welsh Beef PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.

Ingredients

Beef (85%), Breadcrumbs (Wheatflour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast), Salt, Dried Onion (Sulphite), Rusk (Wheat), Dextrose, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Herb, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extracts, Colour (Carmine).

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14-16mins, turning regularly

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes,turning frequently.

To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

Ensure the Burgers are piping hot and no pink colour remains - not suitable for microwaving

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
