Made with shoulder of Welsh Lamb

These Welsh Lamb Burgers are made with prime cuts of Welsh Lamb which we mix into a simple recipe along with some seasoning and mint to make the meat even more flavoursome. This makes for some fantastic tasting burgers!

We only ever use Welsh Lamb which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from animals born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour, look out for the Welsh Lamb  PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.


Lamb (70%), Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Mint (3%), Parsley, Salt, Herbs, Sugar, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Preservative E221 (Sulphite), Dried Onion, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavourings (Sulphite), Stabilisers (Diphosphates E450), Spice Extract. Herb Extract.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 14 - 16 mins, turning regularly

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning frequently

Oven Cooking icon

To Oven Bake - Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

Ensure the burgers are piping hot and no pink colour remains - not suitable for microwaving

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days.

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month

  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use the same day. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
