Asian Style Burger

  • Edwards of Conwy Pork Sausage Meat x 1 (350g Pack)
  • Brioche Burger Buns x 4
  • Red Onion x 2
  • Red Cabbage x 1
  • Red Chilis x 4
  • Spring Onions x 4
  • Carrots x 2
  • Lime x 1
  • Ginger x 1
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce x 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise x 2 tablespoons
  • Black Sesame Seeds


  1. Combine the Edwards of Conwy Pork Sausage Meat in a mixing bowl with the ginger, diced red chillis, diced red onion, sliced spring onion and a squeeze of lime juice.
  2. Form the sausage meat into a ball and then press into a burger shape.
  3. For the Sweet Chilli Mayo, combine equal parts mayonnaise with sweet chilli sauce.
  4. For the Slaw, slice red cabbage and red onion, toss through black sesame seeds, sliced red chilis, grated carrot, sliced spring onions, ginger, coriander lime juice and salt.
  5. Cook the burgers for 5-8 minutes on each side over a medium heat - ensuring that the burger is cooked throughout.
  6. Build the burger buns with sweet chilli mayo, homemade Asian style Edwards burger and slaw.
