Ultimate Christmas Sandwich

- Leftover Turkey
- Leftover Stuffing
- Leftover Gravy
- Edwards of Conwy Streaky Bacon
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- Cranberry Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Thick Slices of Bread
- Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the onion until browned then add the cranberry sauce and fry for a few minutes longer.
- Cook the streaky bacon in a frying pan over medium to high heat until golden and crisp. Set the bacon to aside then add the stuffing to the pan and fry until crisp.
- Butter each slice of bread on one side, then flip them over and put a tablespoon of gravy on the other side. Layer the gravy side with the turkey, stuffing, onion, cranberry, bacon and cheese then sandwich between the other gravy side of the bread.
- Preheat the grill to high. Melt the rest of the butter in a pan on medium heat and fry the sandwiches until each side is golden, then put under the grill until the cheese is oozing.
